Paris, France - La Nuit Blanche

La Nuit Blanche is when all the museums in Paris are open all night long for free. I went solo. This was the night when I got back at 4AM and realized I was locked out of the school because my key did not work.

I visited a French market stand. All the colors were so beautiful. And I learned the names of lots of vegetables and fruits :)

Me and Meaghan.

This picture is for Meaghan. She wanted to find a H and M store and I found it! This is right off of the Chatelet stop off the metro, just ten minutes from the Gard du Nord.

Entry into the first museum for Nuit Blanche.

The first museum on the list to check out! At this point I had not slept in days but I was still running off the adrenaline rush of having just arrived in a new country. That, and Nuit Blanche only happens once a year! Who could pass that up???

Let the madness for Nuit Blanche begin!

Monument at Gare de L'est dedicated to the 70 000 French who died in WWII. It is amazing because this train station is always buzzing with activity and it was only when the station was completely abandoned that I noticed this monument.
